This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between State Observers Network (“SON”) and You (“Subscriber”).

WHEREAS, SON at www.stateobservers.com is a website that provides a subscription membership service after donation; and WHEREAS, Subscriber desires to subscribe to the Citizen Reporter (Free) or American State Observer (Donation) service found at stateobservers.com/join;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows:

1. Subscription

Subscriber hereby agrees to subscribe to the Citizen Reporter (Free) or American State Observer (Donation) membership service for a period of determined by donation (the “Subscription Period”). When the Subscriber makes a donation for these subscriptions services this contract renews and is reenacted for the amount of time the corresponding dollar amount is worth specified below in “2. Fees”

2. Fees

Subscriber agrees to donate to SON a subscription fee determined by the time of this transaction, for 30 days of membership (the “Subscription Fee”) for the Subscription Period. The Subscription Fee shall be due in full upon the commencement of the initial Subscription Period. If the Subscriber allows for auto-pay to automatically renew the American State Observer subscription, with each reoccurring payment Subscriber is renewing this contract.

3. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Subscriber shall be entitled to no refund for unused services if the Subscriber chooses to terminate. Subscriber shall be entitled to no refund he or she is caught abusing the brand/image of State Observers Network, Example but not limited to: Committing a crime while wearing the SON Image. However, if the website goes down more then 7 Consecutive days then the Subscriber will be refunded for the amount of time left on their entire subscription.

4. Warranties and Representations

SON represents and warrants that it will provide the membership service in a timely and professional manner. Subscriber represents and warrants that it has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that it will use the membership service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Indemnification

Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SON from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Subscriber’s use of the membership service. 6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

8. Electronic Signature

This Contract may be signed electronically and the electronic signature shall be considered as an original signature. Making a payment with these terms attached at checkout will be considered the same as a signature.

9. Terms and Conditions of www.stateobservers.com

Subscriber agrees that it will use the membership service in accordance with all Terms and Conditions listed at www.stateobservers.com/terms.

10. Privacy Policy of www.stateobservers.com

Subscriber agrees that it will use the membership service in accordance with our Privacy Policy listed at www.stateobservers.com /privacy.

By Filling out this membership & payment form and making a payment or entering a discount code you acknowledge that you have read, and understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
